3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
MIX WELL in a bowl
add 8 skinless boneless chicken breasts cubed
add 1 20 oz can of drained pineapple chunks
MIX again all together
Cover and refrigerate for 2 or more hours.
Soak wooden skewers and then alternate chicken and pineapple.
I made about 12 or 14 skewers.
Grill for 20 minutes until Chicken is COOKED.
